Whether you are responsible for driving significant change within a team or organisation, or for providing the best possible front-line service, everyone has an important role in shaping what the future brings.

When facing change, it is easy to get caught up in what we see as the 'problematic' aspects of our situation, which can be overwhelming and de-energising. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is an innovative philosophy and methodology that invites us to take a strengths-based and solutions-focussed approach to creating positive changes of all types and sizes, from improving relationships among staff members through to redesigning large scale organisational processes. Appreciative Inquiry utilises an inclusive and collaborative approach to maximise the input of all involved parties, and thus ensure shared ownership and commitment for the path forward.

In this masterclass you'll be introduced to the philosophy and principles that underpin AI and you'll be encouraged to reflect on how you go about influencing change in a range of situations.
