As a result of your participation in this workshop of the Co-ordinators and Seniors Leadership Development Programme, Tasman District Council has identified the following as the competencies and behaviours they would like to see:

By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
- Articulate personal leadership strengths and opportunities for growth and improvement
- Identify your personal writing habits that contribute to or detract from an informative communication
- Explain the nature, importance and urgency of how time is allocated and how to re-prioritise for greater impact on delivery of key objectives
- Understand the behaviours that build credibility for delivery and draft a simple plan for successful execution of a high impact objective
The morning will begin with Introductions, Context, Report feedback and self-awareness.
After a break, the session will look at SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations and Results) goals and potential de-railers. Following this will be your first actions from your 360, an activity and some evidence from experts.
The afternoon brings an energiser, assessing information quality, priority management self-assessment, what we know, planning to get results, share with others and reflection.
