The aim of this seminar is to share information about how the ODI High Performance Work Initiative (HPWI) 2015/16 programme has facilitated positive change in selected organisations. It is particularly targeted at OD and Senior Managers with an interest in achieving high performance work in their organisations.
During the seminar you will hear our consultants present client case studies about their specific organisation improvement programmes with ODI, and from our clients about the positive impact of these programmes on their people and organisations.
Over the last twelve months ODI has been working with four organisations in a Callaghan Innovation-subsidised High Performance Work Initiative (HPWI) programme.
The programme reviewed each organisation against global good practice in 10 domains for organisation change and improvement.
Using the ratings from these reviews and other organisational information, each client selected specialist ODI consultancies to make improvements in 2 of the 10 domains.
Each consultancy has been written up as a case study and is available to the wider HPWI community. These case studies form the basis for the HPWI Seminar.
The seminar will provide opportunity for you to ask questions about high performance work and to network with our consultants and programme clients.
