The Practical Leadership Skills series of workshops aims to provide managers and team leaders with the building blocks for their success as leaders and for the success of their teams. In this series of two, two-day workshops you will firstly develop awareness of your personality preferences to inform your personal leadership development and, secondly develop the skills to build and participate in an effective team.
This two-day workshop is designed to provide you with important insights into your personality preferences so that you can utilise your own strengths better, relate more comfortably with people who are different to you, and learn the importance of being situationally-flexible.
The workshop is based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, which you complete online beforehand. The emphasis throughout the workshop is on increasing your self-awareness and the practical application of your learning back to the workplace.
This workshop qualifies for NZ Trade and Enterprise’s Capability Development Voucher Scheme.
