Rosita Guy is a people and business management coaching and training specialist with an extensive background in human resource management, industrial relations, staff development/training and business experience. She acts as a consultant, facilitator, trainer, coach and business advisor to private and public sector organisations.
Rosita's areas of expertise are retirement planning; the practical considerations, conducting challenging conversations, communication for team transformation, conflict prevention and management; time and stress management; performance management; legally defensible management practices; procedures and policies and developing leaders for the 21st century.
Her previous and present affiliations include consultant with the NZ Institute of Management; lecturer with the School of Business, CPIT in organisation and management, entrepreneurship, managing the growth of the business and introduction to management; associate fellow of the Human Resources Institute of NZ; advocate for the NZ School Executive Officers' Association; guest tutor in the Strategic Development Programme with NZIM Canterbury; founding member of Women Who Mean Business.
