Liz Todd is a trained commercial teacher who went on to tutor at Christchurch Polytechnic. During her time at Christchurch Polytechnic, Liz launched 'flexi' computer courses designed to enable students to learn at their own pace. She was later invited to help set up the flexible ‘ModCom’ programme at the then Christchurch College of Education. Since that time she has written a range of training manuals for Microsoft Office ranging from beginner to advanced level and has delivered corporate training to small and large groups.

Liz also develops automated solutions for businesses to facilitate the efficient production of documents. This requires a great understanding of the everyday tasks that computer users perform, which in turn adds a real world richness to the training that she delivers.
