Michael Darby, BCom (Hons), MCom, is a doctoral student at the University of Canterbury, researching organisational creativity. He has previously undertaken research in creative problem solving, managerial creativity and creative organisations.
Michael's background is in marketing and involved several years of agency experience in the development of marketing strategies and effective brands. He has lectured degree courses at the University of Canterbury and the Christchurch College of Education in services marketing, marketing research, marketing principles, marketing communication, marketing strategy, selling to key accounts, and leadership.
