Kathryn Dalziel LLB is an associate lawyer with Taylor Shaw, Barristers and Solicitors, practising in commercial litigation, employment and privacy law. She is a senior practitioner with significant experience including criminal prosecutions for the Crown. She is a member of various New Zealand Law Society committees including a professional standards committee.
Kathryn lectures part time in the University of Canterbury School of Law, and has presented papers, lectures and courses for other departments of the university, including the Business Law paper for the Masters in Engineering Management programme, the Employment Law course for the Continuing Education programme, and the Health Information Privacy lecture for the Health Sciences Health Information Management paper.
Kathryn is endorsed by the Privacy Commissioner as a provider of Privacy Law training.
