Kristen Cooper has over 25 years experience in middle and senior leadership roles in planning, human resource management, marketing, training and consultancy in a broad range of organisations. She is a sought-after facilitator and coach, with her consultancy specialising in bespoke solutions relating to business strategy and performance; people, leadership and culture; training, coaching and facilitation; and conflict resolution and mediation.
Kris has a Master of Commerce in management and leadership, and is a trained adult tutor. She is accredited by LEADR as a mediator, a Member of NZIM and the NZ Institute of Directors, and is a Fellow of HRINZ, where she served as National President for two years.
